Full Professor, IMU University, Malaysia (Co-Investigator)

Dr. Muthaiyah is currently a full Professor at IMU University, Malaysia. Dr. Muthaiyah is a Fulbright scholar and also a CADS-Intel Senior Research Fellow a research outfit based in Washington DC, USA. Dr Muthaiyah holds 30 IPs and has won multiple research awards. In 2020, he won the international CGMA Academic Champions Research Award for his work in the area of Blockchain Provenance and Trust. He was the first from Malaysia to win in this category. In 2021 he received the Global Teaching Excellence Award (Global Bronze) under the most influential lecturer category.  

He has published more than hundred and fifty articles in top-tiered journals indexed in ISI, Scopus as well as books, book chapters, workshops and conferences. Dr Muthaiyah has produced 23 doctoral students since 2008 and secured multiple national and international grants as PI amounting to over several million dollars. He is also a frequent keynote speaker at research summits, conferences and workshops worldwide. His corporate experience includes serving as a systems analyst for IBM World Trade Corporation to develop Financial Accounting Systems for Enterprise-wide accounting applications.
