Director, Centre of Organisational Resilience (Events Facilitator)
Sally Newnham is the Director of the Centre of Organisational Resilience. Reading Law at University followed by an inspiring and humbling full career in the RAF, Sally brings the very best evidence-informed ideas, training, events and practice-led support to help those she works with to be their very best, especially in the most fundamental area, human relationships.
Sally is a proud team member at the Lincoln International Business School, and remains an RAF reservist alongside working with a variety of clients in numerous areas including strategy and planning, leadership, culture, Learning and Teaching, If she ever gets any spare time she enjoys… wine!
