Professor of the Management Cybernetics Research Entity, North-West University, South Africa (Researcher)
Prof Merwe Oberholzer is a Professor of the Management Cybernetics Research Entity at the North-West University, South Africa. He has taught Management Accounting and Financial Management in the Chartered Accountancy and Chartered Management Accountancy programs extensively at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Those disciplines are also his research domain. He published more than 75 papers in peer-reviewed academic journals, conference proceedings and book chapters. He is also the co-editor of a book, Business Research: An Illustrative Guide to Practical Methodological Applications in Selected Case Studies, which was published in 2023. He delivered more than 30 master’s and PhD students.
