Enoch Opare Mintah is a Lecturer at Chongqing Technology and Business University, China, and a PhD Candidate at Kingston University London. He teaches undergraduate and postgraduate modules in the area of Governance, Sustainability Reporting, Business Ethics, Cross-Cultural Communication and Management, Finance and Accounting, and Financial Analysis and Decision Making. He formerly worked as an Examiner for the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) for British Council in Ghana, Nigeria and Kenya with oversight responsibilities in Ethiopia, Sierra Leone, Senegal, and Cote d’Ivoire interacting with a diverse pool of both local and international students. Enoch is the author of the coinage, Climate Proficiency or CPro and has benefited from the Learning Design and Education for Sustainable Development Bootcamp under the auspices of the Association for Learning Design and Education for Sustainable Development (ALDESD) and the UNESCO International Institute for Higher Education in Latin America and the Caribbean (IESALC). He has gained several international recognitions including the UK’s Prime Minister’s 10 Downing Street 1794th Points of Light award and Top 50 Finalist Award (1 of 2 in the UK) and (out of 3500 nominations globally) for the Global Student Prize 2021.  

He is a published author in peer-reviewed journals and his research interest revolves around Governance, ESG disclosures, Education for Sustainable Development, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Non-Profit Leadership. He is a contributing writer for Illuminem and International Airport Review in the area of ESG, sustainability and culture. Enoch is a member of the British Accounting and Finance Association (BAFA), European Accounting Association (EAA), Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS-UK) and Association of MBAs’ (AMBA). He acts as a reviewer for the Journal of Accounting in Emerging Economies (2*CABS).
