Marie Lawson is a Senior Lecturer in Management in the Lincoln International Business School at the University of Lincoln. She is a Senior Fellow of Advance HE, an Academic Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) and an Associate Member of the Institute of Hospitality (IoH). Marie’s teaching focuses on management and human resource management topics and she takes a particular interest in sustainable human resource management and employment in the visitor economy, namely the management of well-being of employees within the sector. Her doctoral research is based on the management of volunteers in the visitor economy.
